Welcome to Grand Extensions! By purchasing from us, visiting our website, or engaging with our social media, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
- “We”, “our”, and “us” refer to Grand Extensions.
- “You” refers to the customer, buyer, or site visitor.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Descriptions
- We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and colour representations.
- Colour shades may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting — this does not constitute a fault.
- All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in [AUD] and inclusive/exclusive of GST Western Australia.
- We accept Visa , Most Cards & Cash .
- Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or collected.
4. Orders & Acceptance
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues).
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timeframes are estimates only; we are not responsible for postal delays.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is shipped.
- You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene laws, hair extensions and opened accessories cannot be returned.
- Unopened items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase (customer pays return postage unless faulty).
- Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos.
7. Care & Maintenance
- Follow our care instructions to maintain product quality.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, heat styling, or chemical treatments.
8. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotions, sales, and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts are not redeemable for cash.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of WA Australia Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia
